Welcome to Trascrivo ("the App"), provided by Permaevidence SA ("we," "us," "our"). By using the App, you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.

2. Use of the App

Trascrivo is a tool that allows users to configure an endpoint for API access to transcription services. The App:

• Operates entirely on your iOS device.
• Does not collect, store, or access user data.
• Does not provide transcription services directly; it enables users to connect to their chosen endpoint.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and functionality of the endpoint you configure and for using the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The endpoint you configure is your sole responsibility.
• We are not liable for the accuracy, security, or reliability of the endpoint you use.
• Any misuse of the App is prohibited, including but not limited to unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and software, are owned by Permaevidence SA or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for its intended purposes. Unauthorized use of the App’s intellectual property is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Permaevidence SA is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
• We are not responsible for the performance, security, or reliability of endpoints configured by users.
• The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. Changes to the App

We may modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. These changes may include updates to these Terms of Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms of Service or any other reason deemed appropriate.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of San José.
